Solvreny™ wants return expectations to be understandable before a customer submits a request.

Return Window

Eligible return requests should be submitted within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.

Eligible Condition

Unless an item arrived damaged, incorrect, or materially defective, returned cosmetics should generally be:

Unused
Unopened where protective packaging is provided
In their original product packaging
In a condition suitable for inspection

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics may not qualify for a standard change-of-mind return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with an apparent product issue, contact us promptly and provide the order reference together with clear supporting information.

Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from our customer-care team.

Review Process

After an eligible return is received and inspected, ThiBui Beauty will process the approved resolution in accordance with the applicable order and return circumstances.

Items showing excessive use, intentional damage, alteration, or condition inconsistent with the return request may be declined.
